Position: HR Assistant Manager (Employee Relation) Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Cavite City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000 Basic Pay Work Set Up: On-Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling
- With 8 years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline
- Amenable to work in a Compressed work schedule
- Willing to render overtime if needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor daily operations of Employee Relation & Discipline and Employee Programs and ensure process constantly.
- Oversee workflow performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage initial and moderate employee relations cases/issues and raise it to a higher level of authority.
- Prepare the documents and evidence needed to support the internal and external audits
- Assist Supervisors and Staffs in executing HR procedures and standards.
