Quality Control Staff

Job Description
- Prepare and monitor project estimates, requisitions, and issuance of materials.
- Coordinate customer complaints and ensure timely completion of repair works to the contractor.
- Handle contractor billings and tracking of accomplishments.
- Maintain accurate records of units including occupancy permits, construction and electrical bonds.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and compliance reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in any business related course.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Work experience related to the position is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City.
- Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga and willing to do field work.
