- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliations, and hair removal (waxing, threading).
- Assess and analyze clients' skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and sun protection.
- Apply makeup and perform makeup consultations (optional).
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and treatment areas.
- Keep accurate client records, including treatment plans and results.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and offer personalized service.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments, facial techniques, and product ingredients.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene and safety.
- Ability to recommend products based on client needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (based on the business needs).
- Good manual dexterity and stamina for performing treatments.
