PHP 80,000 to PHP 90,000 per month

 

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial and management reporting.

This role is responsible for month-end processes, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting business decision-making through timely and accurate analysis. You will also play a key role in improving systems, strengthening controls, and supporting the development of junior team members.

If you have strong accounting fundamentals, experience working with ERP systems, and enjoy working in a structured, high-performing finance environment, this role offers solid long-term growth.

 

What You’ll Do

Financial & Month-End Reporting

• Prepare month-end work files, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit requirements
  
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly management reports and support board reporting requirements
  
• Assist in budgeting and reforecasting processes
  
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to internal stakeholders
  

Tax Compliance

• Support compliance with taxation requirements including BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and corporate tax
  
• Liaise with external advisers to ensure timely lodgement of tax obligations
  

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better use of systems and tools
  
• Support the maintenance of strong internal controls to minimise business risks
  

Team Support & Collaboration

• Mentor and support junior finance team members
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  
• Experience in management reporting and budgeting
  
• Familiarity with tax compliance requirements
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  

Technical Requirement

• Essential: Experience with Pronto ERP software
