- Field Recovery Agents / Repossession Agents is responsible for locating and recovering assets, such as vehicles or equipment, from clients who have defaulted on their payments that are subject to repossession. This role involves fieldwork including driving to various locations, to track down and retrieve these assets in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Locate and recover vehicles or equipment that need to be repossessed.
- Conduct field visits to identify and secure assets.
- Communicate with customers to arrange for the return of the asset.
- Handle repossession tasks with professionalism and respect.
- Follow all legal procedures and company policies during repossession.
- Keep accurate records of repossession activities and outcomes.
- Report any issues or complications encountered during the process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience not required but similar role is helpful.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Able to drive a motorcycle and a four (4) wheel drive vehicle.
- Good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
- Have the ability to handle confrontations and can work under pressure.
- Physically Fit.
- Must be a good team player.
