Visual Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement an end-to-end visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the organization’s culture and target market.
- Create compelling window displays, interior signage, and floor plans that maximize space utilization and customer flow.
- Lead the production of special promotion displays and seasonal refreshes to reflect new product launches and festive themes.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and brief retail staff on the precise execution of display arrangements.
- Monitor production costs, source display elements from suppliers, and ensure all projects stay within the allocated budget.
- Continuously research lifestyle demographics and global design trends to keep the brand’s visual identity ahead of the curve.
- Analyze sales reports and store survey results to adjust visual strategies for better commercial impact.
- BS degree in Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or VM Manager with a strong retail portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential for creating mockups and floor plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and budget tracking.
- Solid experience in window displays, interior signage, and optimizing retail "white space."
- Ability to translate sales merchandising data into visual improvements.
- Ability to liaise with suppliers, source materials, and meet tight deadlines for store launches.
- An innovative thinker who can set a clear image of the end result and execute it flawlessly.
