Schedule: Monday – Friday Start Date: ImmediatelyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has solid experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Financial Management: Maintain accurate books of accounts, prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations.Tax Compliance: Prepare and file BIR tax returns and other required government reports accurately and on time.
Accounts Management: Handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, collections, and routine banking transactions.
Documentation and Audits: Maintain organized financial records and assist with internal and external audits.
Expense Monitoring: Track operating expenses, payment schedules, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, or tax compliance.
Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting practices and BIR tax regulations.
Hands-on experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and accounts management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the hotel and hospitality, retail, e-commerce, luxury goods, or related industries is highly preferred.
Familiarity with high-volume transactions, inventory accounting, and daily financial operations is an advantage.
