Description - Install and configure hardware and software systems for users.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and clients.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security.
- Conduct regular system updates and backups to maintain optimal performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with network management and security protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
