Description - Review and analyze medical records to ensure proper coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in coding and documentation to adhere to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify ambiguous documentation.
- Utilize risk adjustment models to enhance coding accuracy and patient care improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
- Non-Voice Account
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid PHRN license
- With CPC or CRC license
- At least 1 year Risk Adjustment (RA) experience in clinical / BPO / CPO setup
Competitive package : ₱35,000 – ₱45,000
Training schedule : Night shift
Operations schedule: Day shift
Setup : Onsite
