- Supervision: Monitoring construction progress to ensure it aligns with the architectural plans.
- Cost Estimation: Providing accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Communication: Effectively communicating design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing unforeseen issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
- Material Selection: Researching and selecting appropriate building materials for the project.
- Documentation: Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Site Visits: Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
- Professional Development: Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in design, project management, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are also essential.
