Job Overview: A Project Manager in the horizontal and vertical is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing both horizontal construction (e.g., roads, bridges, infrastructure) and vertical construction (e.g., buildings, high-rises, residential complexes). A project manager with 5 years or more of experience is expected to take on leadership responsibilities and manage more complex or larger-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. o Coordinate with design teams, engineering staff, and contractors to ensure the project's feasibility and that it aligns with the overall vision. 2.
