TECHNICAL STAFF (OFFICE-BASED) NEAR MOA PASAY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Desk work and visit on site
- Arrange and coordinate schedule
- Prepare and arrange the materials
- Review and monitor coordinators daily task
- Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports
- Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.
- Counter check and review of technical expense
- Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted
- Minor accounting work and manage accounting documents
- Monitor, order, and manage items and documents
- With strong responsibility and communication skills
- Update system
- Arrange and coordinate staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or any related course
- Male or Female
- 25 years old and above
- can work under pressure
- can do multitasking
- can work with minimal supervision
- with work experience is a plus but not required
PERSONALITY:
- A sincere and humble person
- Strong sense of responsibility
- People who want to get promoted at this company
- With experience are preferred
SALARY OFFER:
Salary: 18,070 Meal Allowance (Php 2,600.00) SC (est. Php 6,000.00) Package: (26,670.00) Overtime Pay (If applicable)WORK SCHEDULE:
6 days a week (even holiday) Day off: Every ThursdayDEPLOYMENT:
