We are seeking an experienced Property Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance coordination, service call management, lease administration , and is proficient in Buildium .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and service calls from tenants.
- Schedule repairs and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Handle lease renewals and process rent increases in accordance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant and vendor communications.
- Update and maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records in Buildium .
- Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Assist with general property management and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with property management procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or real estate management .
- Hands-on experience with Buildium (required).
- Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of lease renewals and rent increase processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
