Manufacturing Project Engieer

COMPANY PROFILE:

A manufacturing company specializing in precision metal parts and automotive components Position: Project Engineer Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000 Work Set Up: On‑site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field (Licensed Engineer is a plus)
• Experience in manufacturing or project engineering (precision parts/automotive preferred)
• Knowledge in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP
• Strong technical problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in PEZA‑registered or export‑oriented factories is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead technical aspects of projects including product development, process improvements, tooling/jig design, and equipment installation
• Prepare project APQPs and PPAPs
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement (Lean, 6S, Kaizen)
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality metrics; prepare progress reports for management
• Support validation testing, trial runs, and handover to operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/IATF standards, and PEZA requirements
