RBQ Food Specialist Inc. / Reyes Barbecue
- Prepare and grill a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection for customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the grilling area and kitchen.
- Assist in the preparation and mise-en-place of ingredients necessary for daily operations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of relevant cooking experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Self-starter with a customer-oriented attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist in stewarding tasks
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long periods
