cc1 LACIERDA BOOKKEEPING SERVICES
- Safely transport documents, packages, and materials between office locations, clients, and other destinations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pickup of bookkeeping files and records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information during transport.
- Perform vehicle checks to ensure it is in safe and good working condition.
- Assist with minor office errands as needed, such as bank deposits or supply pickups.
- Keep a detailed log of trips, mileage, and delivery records.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable and insured vehicle (if using personal car).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive documents.
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional weekends.
- Prior experience as a driver or delivery person (preferred but not required).
