Admin Staff - Inventory - 1 yr experience - Salary: 18k - 20k

Requirements: College graduate of 4 years Business course At least solid 1 - 2 years in actual and system inventory management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic inventory software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of stock control procedures and documentation. Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records in spreadsheets and inventory management systems. Process stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments with proper documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for supervisors and management. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock availability and discrepancies. Assist in physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. File and organize delivery receipts, purchase orders, and inventory-related documents. Monitor reorder levels and notify relevant teams about low-stock items. Investigate inventory variances and report findings to supervisors promptly.
