Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary Package: ₱31,000/month
Basic Salary: ₱30,000
Flex Fund Allowance: ₱1,000
Headcount: 10
Target Start Date: November 9, 2026

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze clinical and medical documentation.
Apply nursing knowledge to support clinical assessment and documentation processes.
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling clinical information.
Follow established clinical guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
Qualifications
Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active license valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse .
Experience must be actual employment, not training or internship.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
Former and current employees of the client are not eligible.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
Must be able to meet the target joining date.
