Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in choosing eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and related optical products.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available services.
- Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, and cash/card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with optometrists and laboratory staff regarding customer orders and prescriptions.
- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Assist in promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willing to learn about optical products and eye care services.
- Basic computer and cashiering skills.
