Our client is a BPO company supporting a well-established automotive brand.
BPO company background - BPO and offshore staffing services provider founded in 2005. They specialize in helping businesses build full-time, dedicated teams in the Philippines.
Automotive company background - Exclusive distributor of electric vehicles imported from China.
This role will contribute to both organizations, with approximately 75% of responsibilities focused on the automotive business and 25% dedicated to BPO operations. Based in Ortigas Pasig
Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible in managing bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, BIR filings, and reports, with 25% of tasks supporting BPO operations and 75% focused on automotive-related accounting activities such as service invoices, materials, and shipment transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Support documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Help manage installment schedules and payment follow-ups
- Assist in preparing BIR filings and monthly reports
- Provide assistance on various ad hoc and cross-functional tasks
- Around 25% of the work will support BPO tasks (i.e. invoices)
- Around 75% of the work will support Automotive Industry operations (i.e. Service Invoice for Customer, Servicing Materials, Shipment and Delivery related
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related course
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Willing to learn and support multiple business units
- Experience in using Accounting Software (Quickbooks)
- Open to candidates from any industry; however, a background in retail, dealership, or BPO would be highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership potential

- Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sometimes work with Canadian, so the shift will be start either 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM - the management will coordinate the changing of schedule to the candidate)
