BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Assists in the preparation of financial and management reports for M & M Consolidated, Inc. and Menzi Agricultural Corporation; prepares basic accounting reports for Hans Menzi Orchard Residences; supports accounting-related activities during visits to Damilag Plantation and; provides assistance for condominium unit activities such as trainings and seminars.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a BS Accountancy Graduate.
- With at least 1-3 years professional experience in general accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in Makati
- Preferably from the same industry (Trading)
- Can start ASAP
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Accounting:- Prepares timely and accurate basic accounting reports and schedules.
- Records transactions of Makati Head Office & Damilag Plantation books of
- Receives collections and issues official receipts.
- Deposits and withdraws company funds from depository banks.
- Prepares check vouchers for all disbursements and issues checks based
