JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in both Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field of study. Having experience in data management, SMO governance, or procurement systems. Knowledgeable in Oracle master data management is a big advantage. Knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud applications and Microsoft 365, along with advanced Excel skills (including analytics and macros), BI tools, and workflow automation. Having experience to lead data projects, resolve complex issues, deliver KPI reports and dashboards, and conduct thorough data audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mandarin Data Management is responsible for managing and maintaining supplier master data and vendor records accurately within the company systems. Review, validate, and process supplier onboarding documents and vendor information. Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders regarding requirements, updates, and compliance concerns. Assist in implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements within Supplier Master operations. Translate or facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking suppliers and global teams. Ensure supplier records comply with company policies, procurement standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. Analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies, duplicate records, and process improvement opportunities. Support supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, updates, deactivation, and audits. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams to resolve supplier-related issues. Conduct data quality checks and maintain the integrity of supplier databases.
