HR Recruitment Specialist (Urgent)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducts sourcing strategies mainly for local positions.
- Conducts Initial interview (based on the requesting department’s qualifications and standards), shortlisting of candidates, and properly endorsing and scheduling candidates for department interviews.
- Prepares job offers and ensures that the candidates complied with pre-employment requirements and medical examination on or before due date.
- Utilizing a wide-variety of recruitment sources and strategies to meet recruitment goals (such as Jobstreet and other social media platforms).
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior. includes assistance in training and HRBP team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate of Psychology/HR or any related course.
- With 2-4 years of working experience in the HR field is required.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be knowledgeable in Recruitment process.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Makati City (Work on site- Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:30pm (Weekends Off)
