Inventory Staff / Planning Staff

Monitor and control daily inventory transactions. Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system. Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts. Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations departments regarding stock availability. Ensure proper receiving, issuing, and transfer of materials. Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete items. Prepare inventory reports for management. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse items. Assist in warehouse audits and compliance checks. Maintain documentation for all inventory transactions. Ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are properly implemented where applicable. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. Support warehouse operations during stock transfers and deliveries.
