We are looking for a driven, client-focused, and results-oriented Hotel Sales Account Executive to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate account acquisition, outbound sales activities, and relationship management while helping achieve the hotel’s sales and occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, corporate sales, or account management
- Proven experience in handling corporate accounts and generating business opportunities
- Strong background in client relationship management, sales presentations, and negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, client meetings, and outbound sales activities
Key Responsibilities
- Generate hotel revenue through outbound sales calls, client visits, and corporate account acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site inspections to secure bookings
- Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to maximize business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and account updates
- Coordinate with reservations and other departments for client and booking requirements
- Perform other duties assigned by hotel management
