POSITION
Multilingual Language Specialist / Customer Support
Work Setup: Onsite — Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱130,000
₱20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS + INCENTIVES
Availability: ASAP
Salary is negotiable depending on language proficiency, experience, and qualifications.
LANGUAGES CURRENTLY NEEDED

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You should be able to:
Speak your language fluently, naturally and spontaneously
Handle complex conversations and understand implied meanings
Communicate professionally with customers
Use your language effectively in a business environment
Communicate sufficiently in English for training, systems and internal processes
Work onsite in Quezon City
Work shifting/night schedules
Be eligible to work in the Philippines and available ASAP
Your primary customer interaction will be in your required language. English is mainly needed for training, company systems and internal processes.

Collections and O2C experience are highly preferred — but NOT mandatory.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Multilingual Customer Support professional, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Support customers through phone, chat, email and other channels
Provide professional assistance in English + your required language
Handle account, billing and payment-related concerns
Assist with service requests, product information and account inquiries
Investigate and resolve customer concerns
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
Build customer trust through professional communication and problem-solving
Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction targets
Communicate effectively across different cultures and customer backgrounds
