Penetration Tester

Join Accenture's Cybersecurity team and help organizations stay ahead of evolving threats through proactive security testing and vulnerability assessments. As a Penetration Tester, you'll work with enterprise clients to uncover security weaknesses, validate defenses, and recommend solutions that improve overall security posture.

What You'll Do

• Conduct penetration testing and security assessments across applications, networks, systems, and enterprise environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities, validate security risks, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to strengthen security controls.
• Support the development of security testing methodologies and best practices.
• Analyze findings, prepare assessment reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing across the cybersecurity team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Penetration Testing experience .
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, and common attack techniques.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with incident response and threat intelligence processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web, network, cloud, or infrastructure penetration testing.
• Exposure to secure coding practices and application security testing.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, GPEN, Security+, or similar .
