Brand Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to lead brand development, positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Filipino citizen fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) with strong experience in brand leadership, performance-driven marketing, and the iGaming / sportsbook industry. This role requires a strong ability to build brand presence, manage high-level partnerships, and collaborate with key industry stakeholders including brand ambassadors, executives, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute end-to-end brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and market presence
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to guide strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and brand KPIs
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and performance teams
- Leverage connections to secure high-impact brand ambassadors and marketing partners
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and partnership agreements
- Oversee execution and performance tracking of brand partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with executives, suppliers, and external partners
- Manage vendor and merchandising supplier coordination for brand activations
- Support partnerships within the sports betting / sportsbook / iGaming ecosystem
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, partners, and regional teams
- Filipino citizen
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles
- Strong experience in PIGO, sportsbook, or sports betting industry is REQUIRED
- Proven experience handling sports betting platforms or local market audiences
- Strong experience managing brand ambassador partnerships and external
- Established network with potential collaborators or brand partners is highly preferred
- Strong connections with industry executives, suppliers, or merchandising partners is a
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
