We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and open houses.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Provide clients with information about market trends, property values, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate listings and industry regulations.
- Assist clients with paperwork and the transaction process.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid real estate license (if required by local law).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
