We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Store Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper display.
- Assist with store operations, such as receiving and processing inventory, preparing store displays, and maintaining security measures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software)
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
