Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, website)
- Upload product photos, descriptions, and prices
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Handle basic customer service concerns (returns, exchanges, complaints)
- Assist in online promotions and sales campaigns
- Prepare simple sales and inventory reports
Qualifications:
- With experience in e-commerce, online selling, or customer service
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
