About the Client
Our client is a leading Danish healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer , you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and React.
- Build and enhance REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions hosted on Azure.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to estimate, develop, and deliver new features.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile Scrum activities.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
- Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
- 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (TypeScript preferred).
- Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python for AI tools or automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, or Azure AI services.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services or Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
- Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
