As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls
- Assist customers with their concerns and requests
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Handle basic troubleshooting and account-related concerns
- Document customer interactions and update account information
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach when assisting customers
- Meet quality and performance standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- No BPO experience required
- High School, Senior High School, or College graduates/undergraduates are welcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to undergo training
