Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, drive standardization, and lead automation initiatives to reduce inefficiencies. Operational Oversight: Manage vendor relations, invoice processing, and three-way matching (Purchase Order, Receipt, and Invoice). System Implementation: Support or lead the deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP Ariba, Ivalua, or SAP S/4HANA. Governance & Compliance: Ensure that financial transactions, statement of work (SOW) guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs) are strictly met. Training & Mentorship: Provide process expertise to junior staff, team leaders, and operations managers. Note: Work location: Camarines Sur, Naga city Standard Qualifications Experience: Typically requires 3 to 8 years of experience in finance, specifically in PTP or Accounts Payable. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba), and solid grasp of procure-to-pay lifecycles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, change management experience, and strong analytical skills. Professional expertise in PTP (Procure-to-Pay) operations with deep end‑to‑end process knowledge. Strong background in project management, driving standardization, automation, and enterprise tool deployment Skilled in benchmarking, best‑practice identification, process blueprinting, and implementation of optimized solutions. Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across cross‑functional teams. Summary of Benefits
