The Role:
As a Sourcer & Contact Finder, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various non-IT positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify and source candidates through various channels
- Engage with potential candidates and build relationships
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic recruitment team focused on delivering top talent to the organization.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
