About the Role  

Proficiency in mainstream design software. This person will deliver visual communication which achieves Ogilvy’s standard with his/her own aesthetic and professionalism. 

What You’ll Do  

Client Management

• Understand the Client's brand tonality and meet their requirements in art design.

Strategy

• Comprehend creative briefings and understand communication strategies.

Creative Leadership

• Under the leadership of senior designers, produce advertising materials for the company.
• Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
• Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
• Have good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
• Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
• Familiar with trends in the design arena and enjoy sharing with colleagues.
• Be able to illustrate by hand.
• Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.\

Leadership & People Management

• Passionate about design, be strict with himself/herself, and create visuals which meet the Ogilvy standard.
• Can think independently and also understand the arrangements of senior staff.
• Be able to deal with and relieve stress independently.
• Focus on each and every detail.
• Be humble, respect and trust others to create a comfortable working environment.
• Abide by the WPP Code of Business Conduct.

What You’ll Need  

• Must be experienced in creating static and dynamic content for Digital (Social posts/ads, banners, GIF, other dynamic assets).
• This role will animate and edit.
• Draw and illustrate any marketing collateral. (Animation, Video, GIFs, FB postings, Emails banners, etc.).
• Manage Multiple projects from conception through completion.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
• Preferably proficient in InDesign, Photoshop. Ability to account manage and lead conversations with regional counterparts.
