- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and address any dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Continuously improve skills and techniques in sushi making through training and practice.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Oriented, Kitchen Hygiene, Cook Skills, Self-Starter, Stewarding
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workflows
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
