- Oversees all aspects of the employment cycle, from recruitment to exit.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies which includes managing hiring, on-boarding, orientation and payroll, ensures compliance with labor laws as well as company policies. developing HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing disciplinary matters.
- Conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
- Development of HR policies and procedures
