STP Operator

- Monitor and operate the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the plant to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
- Record operational data and prepare reports for management on plant performance and compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems to maintain continuous plant operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with plant operations, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in varying outdoor conditions and on rotating shifts.
