Insurance Sales Leader (Non-Life)

Job Functions: • Oversee branch operations, implement operational policies and procedures, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. • Lead, develop, and support branch teams through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and employee development initiatives to drive a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Manage and strengthen relationships with customers and intermediaries by addressing inquiries and concerns, improving customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty through continuous service enhancements. • Drive branch sales and revenue growth across distribution channels by executing sales strategies, recruiting productive agents, identifying market opportunities, and building strong client and partner relationships. • Manage branch financial performance by overseeing budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. • Identify and manage operational, compliance, and security risks by enforcing controls, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring proper incident reporting and response. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in branch or insurance operations
- Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and industry practices (non-life insurance knowledge
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with strong customer relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant systems/tools (advanced computer skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple demands effectively
- Strong reading comprehension for technical documents, manuals, and policies
