JOB SUMMARY:
As a crew member, the chief responsibilities include excellent customer service and courtesy.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customers to correct any problems.
- Collect or accept payments from guests.
- Write guests food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into POS
- Serve food or beverages to guests
- Inform guests of memo changes and answer questions about menu items, beverages and other product.
- Clean tables and counters after guest have finished dining
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, cleaning doors, signage, checking and cleaning bathroom (if available).
- Crew members are also expected to use the knowledge of positional skills, maintain and implement health and safety guidelines.
- Following all company policies and operational procedures.
- Crew members also need to provide quality products and services.
- Maintained a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction.
- must also have strong and highly efficient customer service skills and a positive attitude towards everything.
