JOB DESCRIPTION
The Accounting Clerk will perform clerical accounting, document checking, encoding, and filing tasks. The successful candidate should be dependable, attentive to detail, and willing to learn the employer's procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Encode invoices, receipts, payments, and reference information.
• Match documents and check required approvals.
• File and retrieve accounting records and vouchers.
• Prepare routine lists and basic account summaries.
• Report missing, duplicate, or inconsistent documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College Level or accounting-related education preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–1 year of clerical or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting or finance software.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and maintain confidential records.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting or tax practices is an advantage.
