Description - Manage inbound and outbound calls related to collections for banking and financial accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding their accounts in a professional manner.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on owed balances.
- Monitor account status and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all collection activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment with flexible hours as needed.
