Qualification

• College Level / Vocational graduate.
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience in the quality field required that includes the following:
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisor or lead role.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism and leadership skills.
• Understanding of basic QMS clauses and activities required by ISO standards is an advantage.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools and other inspection/quality control procedures. The QA/QC Assistant Supervisor should understand the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control. The job includes, but are not limited to, development and operation of quality control systems, application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures, the ability to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices, an understanding of human factors and motivation, facility with quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems and to audit quality system for deficiency identification.
1. Supervises, perform and prioritizes all Incoming Inspection, In-process inspection and Outgoing inspection. As well as perform them as applicable to ensures they are done in compliance with the procedures.
2. Supervise and oversee that all inspectors are trained to all required procedures and processes. Lead trainer for all new quality inspectors as well as ongoing continuous training of current inspectors.
3. Review and analyze daily quality report and give actions on those miss items.
4. Responsible for examining for quality and defects.
5. Update and maintain inspection documents, forms log sheet and other records.
6. Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
7. Will assist in performing customer complaint investigations as well as root cause analysis and report writing. This includes working and communicating with appropriate department leaders as required per the investigation.
8. Other duties may be assigned, within the acquired skills and competency.
