Server - Tsurumaru MOA

Job Summary The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant or dining area

• High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality-related courses are an advantage
• Previous experience as a Server or in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
