We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation, meeting sales targets, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar retail management role (3+ years preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to lead a team that provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues professionally.
