Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs general bookkeeping and clerical activities
- Filing of tax returns
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Preparation of income reports and other finance reports
- Checks liquidation reports and receipts
- Journal entries posting
- Knowledgeable in ERP
- Performs task back-up for other staff especially in records timekeeping and records management
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel
- With understanding of bookkeeping, accounting and other government statutory requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Diligent and able to work long hours
- Willing to work in Las Piñas
