- Packing and Handling:
- Fold, sort, and package garments according to order specifications.
- Label packages accurately with customer details, product descriptions, and shipping information.
- Inspect garments for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels and inform supervisors of low stock or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the packing area to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in restocking garments and supplies when needed.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Verify orders against packing lists or invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring they are securely packed to avoid damage.
- Coordinate with delivery staff or courier services to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the packing area clean and organized at all times.
- Dispose of packaging waste and ensure adherence to company policies on waste management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping goals.
- Assist in other production tasks when required.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are packed accurately and garments are handled carefully.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, and lifting packages for extended periods.
- Time Management: Work efficiently to meet daily packing and shipping deadlines.
