Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & Admin Support Associate to support the WAGC account. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage social media posting while assisting with administrative, coordination, and client follow-up tasks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media posts and content updates
• Assist in monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries when needed
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks
• Conduct text and call follow-ups with clients, leads, or partners
• Assist with financial tracking and updating of records
• Support negotiations and coordination with suppliers or clients
• Maintain organized files, reports, and communication records
• Help ensure deliverables and tasks are completed on time

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content posting
• Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or coordination work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls, follow-ups, and client interaction
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup preferred

Work Arrangement

• Flexible and output-based work setup
• No strict time-in/time-out requirement, provided tasks and deliverables are completed on time
• Contractor is expected to remain reasonably responsive on Viber during regular workdays for coordination, updates, and urgent concerns
• Must be available for occasional meetings or calls when needed
