Requirements: Graduate of any 4 years Business course Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
